P TES WITH SAUTÉED RAPINI
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 15 minutes - Cooking time : about 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 rapini feet
 - 4 portions of penne
 - 125 ml (½ cup) walnuts, chopped
 - 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
 - 1 lemon, juice
 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped
 - 60 to 90 ml (4 to 6 tbsp.) grated Parmesan cheese
 - ½ bunch chives, snipped
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation
- In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook the rapini for 4 minutes. Drain.
 - In the same boiling water, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
 - Meanwhile, coarsely chop the rapini.
 - In a hot frying pan, fry the walnuts in olive oil for 1 minute. Add the rapini, lemon juice and garlic and cook for a further 3 minutes.
 - Add the pasta. Check the seasoning.
 - Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
