Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries, quartered
- 250 ml (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 green onion stalks, sliced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 8 to 10 basil leaves, finely chopped
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 balls of pizza dough
- 500 ml (2 cups) grated mozzarella cheese
- 6 to 8 very thin slices of cooked ham

Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the strawberries, tomatoes, green onion, vinegar, garlic, basil, 60 ml (4 tbsp) of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Check the seasoning and set this salad aside.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough balls to the size of your pan.
- In a large, hot skillet over high heat, drizzle a little olive oil over medium heat, then add a pizza base and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown. Turn over.
- In the center of the dough, add half of the cheese and cook for another 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Immediately top with half of the ham and the strawberry and tomato salad.
- Fold the dough over itself like a sandwich, press lightly, then remove from the heat.
- Repeat the steps for the second ball of dough.
- Cut each pizza sandwich in half and serve immediately.
