Tabbouleh Shrimps

Ingredients
- 300 ml medium couscous semolina
 - 1 bunch coriander, chopped
 - 2 gray shallots, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
 - 6 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons Masago fish roe
 - 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
 - 1 lemon juice
 - 1 lime juice
 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation
- Rehydrate the semolina with boiling water (as indicated on the packet), cover with cling film and leave to swell for a few minutes.
 - Add the ingredients to the semolina. Adjust seasoning and chill until ready to serve.
