Nutella and crunchy oat brunch verrine

Verrine brunch Nutella et avoine croquant

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy oats (cereal of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 banana, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the cereal with the Nutella.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cream, instant coffee, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Divide the cream between 4 small glasses.
  4. Add the banana slices to the glasses.
  5. Then divide the cereal between the glasses.
  6. Serve.
