Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (200 g) white chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup (125 ml) 35% cream
- ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- ½ cup (75 g) unsalted pistachios, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the cream without bringing it to a boil. Remove from heat, add the white chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and salt. Stir in the cooled white chocolate mixture.
- Add half of the pistachios and mix.
- Pour into an airtight container and top with the remaining pistachios.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
