White Chocolate and Pistachio Frozen Yogurt

Yogourt glacé au chocolat blanc et pistaches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (200 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup (125 ml) 35% cream
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • ½ cup (75 g) unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the cream without bringing it to a boil. Remove from heat, add the white chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and salt. Stir in the cooled white chocolate mixture.
  3. Add half of the pistachios and mix.
  4. Pour into an airtight container and top with the remaining pistachios.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
