Ingredients

Mashed potatoes (potatoes, cream, water, salt, butter, garlic in oil, spices, dried parsley), meat loaf (ground beef, carrots, onions, bread crumbs, [bleached wheat flour, dextrose, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, yeast, salt], modified cornstarch, salt, sugar), gravy (beef broth [water, beef stock], crushed tomatoes, wheat flour, modified cornstarch, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, yeast extract, garlic, caramel colour).

Contains: Milk, Soy, Wheat.

Direction

Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Microwave

Remove cardboard sleeve. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Do not peel or pierce plastic film. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove the plastic film. Enjoy!

Oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove plastic film. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove plastic film. Enjoy!
