- 125 ml (½ cup) pizza sauce
- 125 g mortadella, coarsely torn
- 60 ml (¼ cup) red onion, finely chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 burrata
- 500 ml (2 cups) arugula
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) spiced honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Remove the JG pizza dough from the refrigerator after resting for 24 hours and let it come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours on the counter.
- Roll out the dough into a round disc.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the surface, leaving a small border.
- Add the mortadella, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cooked through, or bake in an oven preheated to 550°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, place the burrata in the center of the pizza and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the arugula, drizzle with spiced honey, and serve immediately.
