Ingredients
Topping
- 60 ml (¼ cup) strong mustard
- 1 log of goat cheese, sliced into rounds
Salad
- 500 ml (2 cups) mixed greens
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) strong mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Remove the JG pizza dough from the refrigerator after letting it rest for 24 hours, and let it come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours on the counter.
- Roll out the dough into a round disc.
- Spread the strong mustard over the surface, leaving a small border.
- Arrange the goat cheese rounds evenly over the pizza.
- Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cooked through, or bake in a preheated oven at 550°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the olive oil, garlic, hot mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixed greens and toss gently to coat well with the dressing.
- Once out of the oven, generously top the pizza with the seasoned salad and serve immediately.
