- 125 ml (½ cup) barbecue sauce
- 125 ml (½ cup) pulled pork
- 125 ml (½ cup) shredded cheddar or shredded cheese blend
- 60 ml (¼ cup) dill pickles, sliced
- 10 fried onion rings
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) baseball mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Remove the JG pizza dough from the refrigerator after letting it rest for 24 hours, and let it come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours on the counter.
- Roll out the dough into a round.
- Spread the barbecue sauce over the surface, leaving a small border.
- Add the pulled pork, shredded cheese, and pickle rings.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, or bake in an oven preheated to 550°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, top with the fried onion rings and finish with a drizzle of baseball mustard.
Serve immediately.
