Raclette pizza

Pizza raclette

Cooking time: 3 to 5 minutes in a pizza oven or 10 to 15 minutes in a conventional oven

Ingredients

Topping

  • 125 ml (½ cup) cream cheese or crème fraîche
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and sliced into rounds
  • 125 ml (½ cup) grilled bacon bits or chopped crispy bacon
  • 200 g raclette cheese, sliced
  • 125 ml (½ cup) caramelized onions or onion jam
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

  1. Remove the JG pizza dough from the refrigerator after resting for 24 hours and let it come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours on the counter.
  2. Roll out the dough into a round disc.
  3. Spread the cream cheese or crème fraîche over the entire surface, leaving a small border.
  4. Add the potato slices, bacon bits, or bacon, then arrange the slices of raclette cheese on top.
  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted, or bake in an oven preheated to 550°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Once out of the oven, top with the caramelized onions or onion jam, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
