Ingredients
- 1 package of pastrami smoked salmon (100 g)
- 4 slices of country bread
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) crumbled feta cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped French shallot or red onion
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped green onion or chives
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then grill them in a hot pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Spread with avocado puree, place the slices of smoked salmon pastrami on top, add the cherry tomatoes, feta, shallot or red onion, then the green onion or chives.
- Season, then add a drizzle of white balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately.
