Direction

If frozen, thaw for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before using. The dough will become more pliable when it rests at room temperature.

- Flour the work surface.

- Stretch the dough to the desired size, adding flour as needed.

- Garnish to taste and bake at 425°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
