Do not thaw before cooking. Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F). Remove the puff pastry from the plastic wrap. Place the puff pastry on the parchment paper-lined baking tray. Bake on middle rack of the oven for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
